Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited is reaffirming its commitment to environmental responsibility and community service, through its continued support of the Future Centre Trust’s Clean Up Barbados initiative.

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, March 18, 2024 – Following a busy year that included a massive digital transformation of the local banking platforms and increased loan sales, Republic Bank’s staff are being hailed for their hard work and ingenuity.

Men, women, and children from across Barbados flooded the Foursquare playing field in St. Philip recently for the inaugural 40 Fuh Life 5K race organised by Patrick ‘DJ Salt’ Bellamy.

In what continues to be a welcomed tradition at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited, employees’ children who sat this year’s Barbados Secondary Schools Entrance Examination received a special donation from the Bank for their efforts.

The digital transformation of Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited is underway.

With the October 2nd launch of a new suite of technology products and enhancements fast approaching, Managing Director and CEO of Republic Bank, Anthony Clerk, told the media recently, “This really is just the start of the digital transformation journey that the Bank is now on.”

He was speaking on the sidelines of a recent motorcade to promote the Bank’s upcoming conversion and to celebrate the Barbados leg of the Republic Bank CPL 2023.
