Customer Information Data Campaign


“It’s all about service at Republic Bank and the Bank’s approach to provide better service is to know its customers better,” says Inga King, Manager Compliance (Ag.), during a presentation of prizes to Customers participating in the Bank’s customer information campaign.

Launched to capture current customer information and assist in further developing and enhancing customer relationships, the campaign provided an opportunity for the Bank to partner with several of its service providers to reward and thank customers for updating their records. Each customer entering any of the Bank’s ten branches is encouraged to complete the Customer Information Form either before leaving the Branch online or at their convenience.

Partners in the Republic Bank Customer Information campaign include G4S Security Services, Digicel, Massy Technologies, LIME, PromoTech, Gomez & Western and Computer Store. Lucky customers Monica Da Silva and O’neale Ifill were the winners of the first draw of Samsung S4 smart phones compliments Lime.

When thanking the customers for updating their data, King explained that policy and regulatory guidelines require all banks to ensure that the personal records of all our customers is current at all times. “Your information also helps to ensure that we serve you in the most timely and efficient manner possible,” she added.
