Barbados Tennis Association’s Annual Interclub Tennis Tournament

Once again Republic Bank is pleased to sponsor the Barbados Tennis Association’s Annual Interclub Tennis Tournament. Now in its fifth year the tournament is again keenly contested with Summerhayes Club seeking to retain its title for the fifth consecutive year.

Managing Director and CEO, Ian DeSouza presented the Bank’s sponsorship cheque to the President of the Barbados Tennis Association, Dr. Raymond Forde, as well as branded promotional items to the two teams competing.

This year’s tournament served off on February 16th, 2013, with games playing weekly at various locations. In acceptance of the Bank’s contribution, Dr. Forde noted “the Bank has assisted with the growth and success of this tournament throughout the years and the BTA is pleased to continue this relationship.”
