OneCard Visa Debit Card Collection

Dear Customers,

Please be advised OneCard Visa debit cardholders’ whose card expires between November 30th and December 31st, are invited to renew your card at your earliest convenience to avoid disruption in usage.

New cards can be collected at any of our seven (7) conveniently located branches. You are not required to visit the branch where your account is held.

For added convenience, our branches will also be opened on Saturdays commencing November 16th, 2024 until December 14th, 2024 to facilitate. Please note that branches will not be open on November 30th.

Please see the below schedule outlining the opening hours of our branches during this period. To ensure seamless processing, kindly be reminded to present valid Government issued identification.

We also take this opportunity to invite customers who have had changes to any of their personal information, including their address, to let us know so that we may update your records. If your address has changed, please walk with valid proof of address, including a recent utility bill, lease agreement or commercial bank statement.
