Dear Valued Customer,
It’s been a busy few months since we started working toward the completion of our conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (RFHL) suite of technology platforms. Your continued patience, support and feedback means a lot to us, and we are looking forward to introducing you to the new Republic Bank platforms.

Our new platforms will go live on October 2, 2023, and we encourage you to visit our website https://www.republicbarbados.com/rbbb-conversion to learn more about the conversion, view our frequently asked questions and see all of the updates we have shared thus far.

As we move toward the final phases of this transition, we encourage you to take note of the following updates and next steps regarding the services that will be impacted over the four (4) day conversion period commencing September 29, 2023 and the necessary actions to accommodate over this period.

Action Required:
• Online accessibility during conversion: Your access to ATM, your Republic OneCard Visa debit and online banking services will be interrupted from September 29, 2023. Please take note of this downtime period.

We encourage you to withdraw cash that you may need and make any scheduled online payments in advance. Once these services are back up and running, we will advise you via SMS, social media and email. If you encounter any special circumstances or challenges during the downtime period, please reach out to us. We’re here to support you.

• Final day for transactions in Branch: The last day on which you will be able to conduct a transaction before the conversion period is September 29, 2023 to be resumed on October 2, 2023.

• Bank Closure & Opening Hours: Our branches will operate as follows:

Please Note - Republic Bank credit cards will not be affected by the cessation of services and will continue to function at our POS merchants and other bank ATMs.

Other Updates:
•Online Banking: Our new online and mobile banking platforms, RepublicOnline and the RepublicMobile app will go live between October 1, and October 2, 2023. We encourage you to save your e-statements from the current platform before September 29, 2023, since this information will not be available on the new system. If you are an online banking customer, we will send you a link and an invitation to register on the new system when it goes live.
